I started Shoefessional.com after a co-worker noticed my love of shoes and my retail suggestions. Often, co-workers would seek advice on who and what to buy. What’s hot? I guess you can say I served as the Office Stylist. At any rate, my co-worker suggested I start a blog and talk about my love of shoes. He also gave me my name. Thus Shoefessional was born. I am forever grateful for his assistance.

Some call me a Shoefessional! They say I know a thing or two about women’s shoes. There’s a special relationship between a woman and her shoes. No one could understand but a fellow shoe lover. Doesn’t your heart race when you find that perfect pair? I know mine does! Having worked with designers and artists, I found the designing creative process fascinating. Footwear begins with a dream and sketch from the artists. What unfolds becomes everlasting.

My goal is to showcase footwear from haute couture to the street. Review the latest collections and share footwear news.

To name my favorites designers would take years! A few of my favs are Giuseppe Zanotti, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Dior, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo, Sergio Rossi and Sophia Webster. If I ever had the opportunity to meet Karl Lagerfeld, I’d probably faint!

I want to tell the story behind the shoe. For every shoe has a story!
